GREAT NEWS:  JOHNSON LAKE SWIM BEACH HAS NOT BEEN ON ANY HEALTH ALERTS ALL SUMMER 2023.

JOHNSON LAKE IS OKAY  FOR SWIMMING OR WATER CONTACT !!.  The Water Test Samples are done by NDEQ on Mondays.    The current threshold for Microcystin is 8 ppb, harmful Blue-Green ALGAL (HAB); previous to 2020 it was 20 ppb. the roped beach areas.

The Artistic Cabinetry location at Johnson Lake has opened for business by Cindy Fahrenbruch!  This business is located in the old Subway building near the entrance to the main Game and Park Campground.
